Privacy Policy — Algorya Automation

1. About This Application

Algorya Automation is a private, first-party business tool built and used solely by Algorya Akademi to manage its own social media presence and advertising. It is not a consumer product.

The application does not offer sign-up, sign-in, or any user-facing interface to the public. No third party can create an account, log in, or connect their own social media profile to it. It operates exclusively on accounts owned and controlled by Algorya Akademi:

• the Instagram Business account @algoryakademi
• the associated Facebook Page
• the associated Meta advertising account

2. What the Application Does

The application uses Meta's Graph API and Marketing API to:

• publish and schedule posts, reels, and stories to Algorya Akademi's own Instagram and Facebook accounts;
• read performance metrics (reach, impressions, saves, shares, engagement) for Algorya Akademi's own published content;
• create, read, and manage advertising campaigns within Algorya Akademi's own advertising account;
• transmit website conversion events from algoryakademi.com to Meta via the Conversions API, for advertising measurement.

3. Data We Access and Process

3.1 Business account data. Content, publishing metadata, and aggregate performance metrics belonging to Algorya Akademi's own Instagram and Facebook accounts. This data concerns the business itself, not third-party individuals.

3.2 Website visitor data (Conversions API). When a visitor interacts with algoryakademi.com — for example by submitting the enquiry form or clicking a contact link — the application may transmit event data to Meta for advertising measurement. This may include:

• contact details (such as email address or phone number), irreversibly hashed with SHA-256 before transmission;
• IP address and browser user-agent;
• Meta click and browser identifiers (fbc, fbp) and a randomly generated, non-identifying visitor identifier (external_id);
• the page URL and the name of the event performed.

We never transmit plain-text contact details to Meta. Hashing is applied on our server before the data leaves our systems.

3.3 Enquiry and lead data. Where a prospective customer submits an enquiry — through our website or through a Meta lead form — we receive the information they choose to provide: parent name, child's name and age, contact telephone number, area of interest, and scheduling preferences.

Course enrolment is carried out by an adult parent or legal guardian. Any information relating to a child is provided by, and processed with the knowledge and consent of, that parent or legal guardian.

4. How We Use This Data

We do not sell personal data. We do not use this data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not access, collect, or process data belonging to any social media account we do not own.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — publishing, advertising delivery, and measurement.
• Google LLC — spreadsheet storage and email notification for enquiry records.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — media asset delivery and content distribution.

Each processes data under its own terms and applicable data protection law. We do not share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.

6. Retention

• Enquiry and lead records: retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, then deleted.
• Website attribution data stored in the visitor's own browser: retained for a maximum of 90 days, and can be cleared by the visitor at any time through their browser settings.
• Aggregate performance metrics: retained for as long as we operate the accounts.
• Access credentials are stored securely on systems controlled by Algorya Akademi and are never committed to source control or shared publicly.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law — including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and, where applicable, the GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, restriction of, objection to, or erasure of your personal data, and request that we stop processing it.

To exercise these rights, contact support@algoryakademi.com or write to the postal address at the end of this policy. We respond within the periods required by applicable law.

8. Data Deletion

To request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, send an email to support@algoryakademi.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the contact details you used when you reached us so that we can locate your records.

We will confirm deletion by reply. Because the application operates only on accounts owned by Algorya Akademi, there is no third-party account connection to revoke.

9. Children's Privacy

The application is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Information relating to a child enrolled in our courses is provided by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may request access to, or deletion of, that information at any time using the contact details below.

10. Security

Access credentials are held in server-side environment configuration, are never exposed to browsers, and are never included in published source code. Contact details transmitted for advertising measurement are hashed before leaving our systems. Access to the advertising and social media accounts is limited to the operator of Algorya Akademi.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
